Pre-made lentivirus expressing firefly luciferase 3 gene under an enhanced EF1a promoter. A RFP marker was co-expressed under the same promoter. Luciferase and RFP were bicistronically expressed as individual protein mediated by a 2A element. Note: this lentivirus does not contain any antibiotic selection marker to satisfy the requirement for non-antibiotic marker environment application. RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS solution.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 5 x 107 IFU/ml in PBS.
