Gentarget/GATA2-Renilla Luc (Puro) lentivirus in PBS/LVP992-P-PBS/1 Ea

Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase reporter under a native GATA2 promoter for expressing in hematopoietic stem cell, and also in nonhematopoietic embryonic stem cells.

This lentivirus  also contain the puromycin selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection.  See  Product Manual for details (.pdf).

This is concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.

Amount:  200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS.
