Gentarget/shRNA (luc)(GFPPuro) lentivirus in PBS/LVP345GPPBS/1 Ea

Premade optional inducible shRNA lentivirus, knockdown firefly luciferase gene. Particles contains a GFP-Puromycin dual selection marker. GFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus transduction under microscope, and the transduced cells can be sorted / selected via either fluorescent signal or Puromycin.

shRNA sequence was designed in  firefly luciferase codon region, demonstrating greater than 75% knockdown level for  exogenous (trasnfected luciferase expression).This is the concentrated shRNA lentiviurs, provided in PBS solution as 200ul/vial at 5 x10e7 IFU/ml, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
