Chromatrap® ChIP采用与蛋白质A或G结合的固相多孔聚合物来捕获染色质、Chromatrap®试剂盒(专利号:GB2482209)采用与蛋白质A 结合的固相多孔聚合物来捕获染色质,较磁珠法的效率得以极大提高。过去的琼脂糖珠或磁珠法工艺复杂,涉及分离、移液和再悬浮等操作,相比之下,Chromatrap 离心柱法的优势显得尤为突出。
独立实验表明,Chromatrap 法比传统珠式工艺的 DNA Pull Down 水平高出 25 倍,DNA 富集的信噪比尤为显著,要比常见的工艺高出 2 至3 倍,即使沉淀反应的用品用量过少至 50ng 或过多至 3000ng,都能得出十分稳定的结果。
