Chromatrap®ChIPkitsforqPCRrapidlyimproveChIPusingtheiruniquepatentedtechnologystreamliningtheprocess,ensuringchromatinpreparationtoqPCRanalysiscanbeperformedinunder5hours.TheChIPqPCRassayisashortconvenientassayforlowchromatinloADIngwithverysmallslurryvolumes(40μls)withnoDNAcleanupstepspriortoqPCR.

Byavoidingtheuseofmagneticoragarosebeads,non-specificbackgroundiseliminatedtogetherwithreducedmanualhandlingerrorsandsubsequentsampleloss.OptimisedelutionbufferchemistryallowssamplestobeanalyseddirectlyinqPCRwithouttheneedforDNAcleanup,furtherreducingsampleloss.
