Methoxy PEG Nitrophenyl Carbonate from JenKem Technology is a linear Amine Reactive PEG with stable carbonate linker. Methoxy PEG Nitrophenyl Carbonate is reactive towards the amino group of lysine(s) by means of stable urethane linkages, with a longer hydrolysis half-life compared with M-PEG-SCM. The amine pegylation reaction releases p-nitrophenol which can be easily traced by UV spectroscopy. JenKem Technology provides Methoxy PEG Nitrophenyl Carbonate with molecular weight 10000Da (M-NPC-10K) and 20000Da (M-NPC-20K), in 1g and 10g packaging.
