Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester for amine PEGylation, with superior quality specification of ≥95% Substitution.

JenKem Technology’s Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester (Methoxy PEG NHS, MPEG NHS, MPEG SCM, or Methoxy PEG SCM) is a high quality amine reactive PEG product with a stable non-degradable linker between the PEG polymeric chain and the NHS ester. Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester reacts with the amine group of lysine(s) at room temperature in less than 1hr at pH 7-8. Shorter hydrolysis half life of M-PEG-SCM ensures maximum selectivity towards most sterically available amine groups.
