| Thin Wall | GenDEPOT Ultra Thin Uniform Wall(UTUW) vessels have a wall thickness of just 0.1 - 0.15 mm, whereas most conventional thin-wall PCR vessels have wall thickness of 0.25 - 0.3mm. Thinner wall greatly reduce the thermal barrier to heat flow into and out of the PCR sample inside the tube resulting in faster and more robust reactions.UTUW vessels are also have highly uniform, achieving a standard of consistent wall thickness previously unobtainable. In addition to shorter PCR protocols, this means repeatable and consistent results from well-to-well. |
