Kit Contents: 5ml of 15nm Protein A colloidal gold, 5 sheets of nitrocellulose, 1 vial pure Rabbit anti-Mouse IgG, and appropriate buffers.
Application: Immunostaining of specific protein bands electrophoretically transferred to nitrocellulose.
