Overview

Description

RNAscope® Fluorescent Multiplex Detection Reagent kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability, (Alexa-488, Atto-550 and Atto-647).Each RNAscope® Multiplex Fluorescent Detection kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Larger tissue sections will result in fewer tests. The detection kit includes AMP 1, APM2, AMP 3, AMP 4 and DAPI. To run the detection reagents you will need the pretreatment reagents(based on your tissue type) and the wash buffer reagents(PN 310091).
