The OncoFOCUS™ Panel enables tumor profiling studies of melanoma, colon and lung cancer specimens.

  • Detect over 200 clinically relevant variants across BRAF, EGFR, KIT, KRAS and NRAS
  • Identify variants at 5% to 10% variant allele frequency
  • Use as little as 20 ng of DNA
  • 1 hour of hands-on time and 8 hours of total time
