Components 50 rxns:It contains all reagents required to perform 50 cDNA reactions and 50 PCR reactions. 100 rxns:It contains all reagents required to perform 100 cDNA reactions and 100 PCR reactions. 200 rxns:It contains all reagents required to perform 200 cDNA reactions and 200 PCR reactions.
Application The miRNAs Real-Time RT-PCR Detection Kit contains the whole reagent including the stem-loop RT primer and a pair of specific PCR primer set. It provides a sensitive and specific method of real-time PCR for quantificating of miRNAs from total RNA samples. It is Ideal for validating microRNA expression profiling data and high-throughput applications. Trait lies in even highly homogized miRNAs can be accurately dicriminated ensurenced by stemloop RT primer and high specific miRNAs primer set.
