A) Purified IKBα detection with WESTAR HYPERNOVA. Extremely reduced variability using WESTAR HYPERNOVA

200 µL of WESTAR HYPERNOVA were added to 16 wells of a 96-well black plate, furthermore adding HRP enzyme at a final concentration of 0.8 ng/mL and reading with Victor3 microplate reader (Perkin Elmer).
