The protein contains the Rubellavirus capsid (C) regions PURIFICATION METHOD: Sepharose-Derived Purification. PURITY: Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining). PROTEIN CONCENTRATION: 1mg/ml in 25mM Tris-HCl, 10mM glutation, 0.2% sarcosyl, 50% glycerol. STORAGE: Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20°C. STABILITY: Five years frozen. One month in solution at room temperature. SPECIFICITY: Immunoreactive with sera of Rubella virus-infected individuals.
