Protein description | Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. ATTO390-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO390 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues. ATTO390-Actin (λex390nm, λem479nm) possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
