Protein description | Actin from non-muscle sources is a mixture of β/γnon-muscle actin isoforms. Both are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids.ATTO488-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO488 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.ATTO488-Actin (λex501nm, λem523nm)possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
