Product description | CS-LB is a Lysis buffer to lyse cultured cells to specifically prepare cytoskeletal components. This includes soluble cytoskeleton fractions and also the insoluble, filamentous actin cytoskeleton. The buffer can be used solitary in assays of choice, but also in combination with many Actin-Toolkits (G-actin binding, ELISA etc.) to maximize the analytical applications of the kits.CS-LB is a complete, ready-to-use buffer with protease inhibitors included, specifically made for actin based assays and other cytoskeleton research areas. |
