Backgroundinformation

Pureandwell-characterizedcardiomyocytesderivedfromhumanpluripotentstemcells(PSCs)areofhighinterestforcardiovasculardiseasemodeling,drugsafetystudies,anddevelopmentofcellreplacementstrategies.AlthoughseveralprotocolsforcardiacdifferentiationofPSCshavebeendeveloped,therearestillmajorlimitations,includingclone-to-cloneandexperiment-to-experimentvariationindifferentiationefficacy.TocircumventtheselimitationsthePSC-DerivedCardiomycoyteIsolationKit,humanhasbeendeveloped.ItenablesthepurificationofPSC-derivedcardiomyocytestohighpuritiesindependentofthedifferentiationefficiency,thestemcellclone,thedifferentiationtimepointanddifferentiationprotocol.TheisolationofPSC-derivedcardiomyocyteshassuccessfullybeentestedforvariousdifferentiationefficienciesandtimepointsofdifferentiation.
