Usbio/Angiotensinogen (AGT) Recombinant, Rat/10ug/153512

Has both beta-1, 3-glucuronic acid and beta-1, 4-N-acetylgalactosamine transferase activity. Transfers glucuronic acid (GlcUA) from UDP-GlcUA and N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to the non-reducing end of the elongating chondroitin polymer. Isoform 2 may facilitate PARK2 transport into the mitochondria. In collaboration with PARK2, isoform 2 may enhance cell viability and protect cells from oxidative stress.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000|Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
