Human TGF beta-2 protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:1,000 of Anti-Human TGF beta-2 IgG. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM (kDa); Lane 2: 0.1 ug of rHuman TGF beta-2 protein.
