CELLnTEC公司新推出了独创性的人角化细胞三维培养系统。此培养基，货号CnT-02-3D，专门为角化细胞三维培养的建立和长期生长而设外，它是一种完全确定成分的培养基，不含牛垂体提取物和血清。它的包装是一个试剂盒，含有全部需要的成分，不需要另外的添加物。从图中可以看出，人初级角化细胞(HPEK)在培养基中建立三维培养并且持续生长至少28天。使用本系统，您可以简单地建立可靠的器官模型。
