Specificity: 
CleavesallN-linkedcomplex,hybridorhighmannoseoligosaccharides,unlessα(1-3)corefucosylated,asinplantglycans.Asparaginemustbepeptide-bondedatbothtermini.Phosphate,sulfateandsialicacidgroupsattachedtotheoligosaccharidedonotaffectcleavage.EndoFfree.Highlyconcentrated,particularlyusefulfordeglycosylationundernativeconditions.

Applications:
