GeneQuery™pseudogenetranscriptionanalysisqPCRkitsareqPCRreadyina96-wellplateformat,witheachwellcontainingoneprimersetthatcanspecificallyrecognizeandefficientlyamplifyatargetgene"scDNA.Thecarefullydesignedprimersensurethat:(i)theoptimalannealingtemperatureinqPCRanalysisis65°C(with2mMMg2+,andnoDMSO);(ii)theprimersetrecognizesallknowntranscriptvariantsoftargetgene,unlessotherwiseindicated;and(iii)onlyonegeneorpseudogeneisamplified.EachprimersethasbeenvalidatedbyqPCRwithmeltcurveanalysisandgelelectrophoresis.
