ThenewPointProbe®Plus(PPP)combinesthewell-knownfeaturesoftheprovenPointProbe®seriessuchashighapplicationversatilityandcompatibilitywithmostcommercialSPMswithafurtherreducedandmorereproducIBLetiprADIusaswellasamoredefinedtipshape.Theexcellenttipradiusandtheminimizedvariationintipshapeprovidemorereproducibleimagesandenhancedresolution.

NANOSENSORS™PPP-RT-NCHRprobesaredesignedfornon-contactmodeortappingmodeAFM(alsoknownas:attractiveordynamicmode).ThisAFMprobecombineshighoperationstABIlitywithoutstandingsensitivityandfastscanningability.

ForcertainapplicationstherotatedPointProbe® PlusTipoffersmoresymmetricimaging.Therotatedtipshapeisidenticaltotheclassictipshapebutitisrotatedby180°degreeswithrespecttothecantileverbeamdirection.

Theprobeoffersuniquefeatures:
