Pyrex-Nitrideprobesaredesignedforvariousimagingapplicationsincontactordynamicmode.

Thesocalled"ColloidalProbeTechnique",wheresinglecolloidsareattachedtoAFMcantileversforforcemeasurements,opensthechanceforabetterunderstandingoffundamentalinteractionsinavarietyoffields.
