In solution preparation, the use of micropipettes is necessary to ensure that accurate amounts of solutions are dispensed. To prevent solutions from being cross-contaminated, a new pipette tip should be used each time. Micropipettes and pipette tips are essential in processes such as spin coating to ensure repeatable solution volumes are dispensed each time. A new pipette tip should be used each time to maintain the correct solution concentration for the dispensed materials. In addition, the regular replacement of pipette tips reduces chances of cross contamination of solutions.
At Ossila, we offer a selected range of pipette tips that are compatible with our variable volume micropipettes.
Our pipette tips are available either in: i) bulk quantities in resealable plastic bags ii) pre-packed boxes that enable easy loading of the micropipette while working within the lab.
