Total RNA of Hela cells (10-fold gradient) was used for cDNA synthesis. For Real-Time PCR, 1μl cDNA product was used as template using Bimake™ 2x SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix for detection of high-(ACTB), medium-(B2M), and low-expression (TBP) gene, respectively.
These data show that: Bimake All-in-One presents reliable linear relation within broad range of RNA template concentration and permits high amplification specificity. For amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity, especially at low RNA template concentration, Bimake All-in-One has similar reverse transcription performance compared with Invitrogen SuperScript®.
BioScript All-in-One cDNA Synthesis SuperMix provides first-strand cDNA synthesis, optimized with the high-temperature capability of Reverse Transcriptase and an optimized SuperMix formula. In one tube, the pre-blended 5× qRT SuperMix contains all the necessary components for reverse transcription of YOUR RNA template. The resulting cDNA product is suitable for use in real-time quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR). Besides, The reverse transcriptase in this kit is purified from E. coli expressing the pol gene of M-MLV, mutagenized to increase thermal stability and cDNA synthesis and to reduce RNase H activity.

Synthesis of cDNA from target genes for qRT-PCR, especially low-copy genes or RNA templates of low concentration.
Store at -20°C for up to 2 years. Repetitive freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. It is recommended to pre-aliquot the mix into small batches for frequent usage. Product quality is guaranteed under proper storage conditions.
These data showed that, compared to that stored at -20 ℃, after stored at 4 ℃ for 7 days BioScript All-in-One cDNA Synthesis SuperMix showed no significant difference regarding either amplification efficiency or detection sensitivity when used for reverse transcription followed by working with Bimake 2 x SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix.
