CompositionMP-Count Beads est une suspension de billes fluorescentes en FL2 / PE de 3 μm de diamètre avec une concentration connue
Les microparticules biologiques ("MP") sont des vésicules d"origine cellulaire de taille hétérogène comprise entre 0,1 et 1 μm.Afin d’en effectuer un comptage absolu par cytométrie en flux (CMF), l’utilisation de billes de comptage de petite taille est un pré-requis. Ainsi les MP-Count Beads sont les billes de choix pour cette application. Elles sont compatibles avec les réglages imposés par l’analyse des MP et leur petite taille (diamètre 3 μm) évite les problèmes de perte artéfactuelle et de sédimentation souvent rencontrés lors de l’utilisation de billes de taille supérieure.
