CompositionLe Megamix-Plus FSC est un mélange de billes de diamètre : 0,1 µm - 0,3 µm - 0,5 µm et 0,9 µm.
Le Megamix-Plus FSC est un mélange de billes fluorescentes de diamètres variés couvrant la zone de tailles théorique des MP (0,1 à 1 µm). L"acquisition de ces billes selon le mode opératoire permet le réglage du cytomètre pour la prise en compte d"une zone de taille constante (0,3 - 1 µm-éq.) et des comptages de MP reproductibles. Le ratio numérique intrinsèque de 2:1 entre la population de billes de 0,3 µm et celle de 0,5 µm permet le réglage fin d"un seuil FSC pour les instruments qui ne fournissent qu"un réglage discontinu (ex. BC Gallios).Enfin, le Megamix-Plus FSC permet de vérifier la stabilité de réponse dans le temps d"un instrument et favorise le transfert du protocole et desréglages de scatter sur d"autres cytomètres.
