1802:Mouse CD8.2; Mouse IgM CLONE #: CD8-F4 CATALOG #: 1802: purified, Biotin, or FITC IMMUNOGEN: Purified CD8+ Mouse LN cells. Ig SUBCLASS: Mouse IgM PURIFICATION METHOD: Boric acid precipitation, sizing column. PROTEIN CONCENTRATION: 1 mg/ml, in PBS (after reconstitution). STORAGE: Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. STABILITY / SHELF LIFE: Two years lyophilized. RECONSTITUTION /USAGE: Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, dilute 1:1 and add 2.5-5 ul per 106 cells. SPECIFICITY: Mouse CD8.2 CROSSREACTIVITY: None identified APPLICATIONS: Staining, sorting, panning, immunoprecipitation, and antibody mediated cytotoxicity. |
