Mediomics’mouseimmunoglobulinG(mIgG)TRF-PINCER®assaykitcanbeusedtoquantitativelydetecttheconcentrationofmIgGinBIOLOGicalsamples.

ImmunoglobulinG(IgG)isthemostabundantimmunoglobulininserum,anditisabioMarkeroftheadaptiveimmuneresponse.Immunoglobulinlevelscanvarywithhealthstatus,age,anddrugtreatment;therefore,quantitativemeasurementsareausefultoolforpre-clinicalresearchers. Overabundanceor,conversely,anabsenceofacertainspecificsubclassmaybeassociatedwithdisease.
