Description
Annexin V FITC is intended for detection of early apoptotic cells by flow cytometry.
Contents
Annexin V FITC - 1 vial (0.5 ml / 2.5 ml) of Ready-to-use solution. No reconstitution is necessary. Reagent is provided in stabilizing phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution containing 15mM sodium azide. Sufficient for 100 / 500 tests.
Preparation
Bacterially expressed and fluorescently labelled annexin V was diluted in stabilizing buffer. The reagent is free of unconjugated fluorochrome.

Storage and handling
Store in the dark at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
