TheRPA-2.10antibodyreactswithhumanCD2,anapproximately50kDaglycoprotein,andamemberoftheIgsuperfamily.CD2,alsoknownasLFA-2,isareceptorforCD58inthehumanandisexpressedonthecellsurfaceof80-90%ofhumanperipheralbloodlymphocytes,asubsetofNKcells,andallmatureTcells.CD2mediateslymphocyteadhesionandisinvolvedinTcellactivation.
RPA-2.10isreportedtoblockmixedlymphocytereaction.Pleasechoosetheappropriateformatforeachapplication.
