TheNANOSENSORS™SSS-MFMRAFMprobeisoptimizedforhighresolutionmagneticforceimaging.TheSuperSharpSilicon™tipbasiscombinedwithaverythinhardmagneticcoatingresultinanextremelysmallrADIusofthecoatedtipandahighaspectratioatthelastfewhundrednanometersofthetip-theessentialdemandsforhighlateralresolutiondownto20nminambientconditions.

DuetothelowmagneticmomentofthetipthesensitivitytomagneticforcesissignificantlydecreasedifcomparedtostandardMFMprobesbutthedisturbanceofsoftmagneticsamplesisalsoreduced.
