Description:
Biotinylation reagent with N-hydroxysuccinimide ester, and a 4 PEG spacer. The NHS group reacts with primary amines at pH 7.0-9.0. Can be used to label the e-amino group on lysines, the N-terminus of proteins, and other primary amines.

Solubility:
Soluble in DMSO or water (10 mg/ml). Prepare aqueous stock solutions immediately before use, anhydrous stock solutions can be stored for several days at -20°

Store at or below ≤4°C. Solid form is stable at least 2 years from date of receipt, when stored as directed.
