Human IRAK4 (GenBank Accession No. NM_001114182), a.a. 2-end with N-terminal GST-tag, MW= 77.5 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.

Assay Conditions:
Used 0.1 mg/ml MBP as a substrate and 20 μM ATP. Reaction was done for 45 min at 30°C, and the amount of ATP was quantified using Kinase-Glo (Promega)
Formulation:
45 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 300 mM NaCl, 2.4 mM KCl, 3 mM DTT, 10% Glycerol and 2 mM Glutathione.

>6 months at -80°C.

Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
