　　Rockland的Fluorescent TrueBlot是一款功能强大、特异性高的产品，可与近红外染料搭配使用。
　　在传统的IP和WB中，抗体的轻链和重链会对免疫印迹时产生干扰，而TrubBlot系列产品则不会与变性的抗体轻链和重链结合，只识别天然构象的抗体(图1)，因此避免了干扰，增强灵敏度、降低背景、提高精确度，让您获得清晰、高质量的数据。
