Purity/Specifity

Anti-AKT2antibodyisdirectedagainsthumanAKT2.Theantibodydetectsbothunphosphorylatedandphosphorylatedformsoftheprotein.Anti-AKT2waspurifiedfromconcentratedtissueculturesupernatebyProteinAchromatography.CrossreactivitywithAKT2fromotherspecieshasnotbeendetermined,however,thesequenceoftheimmunogenshows88%identitytomouseand90%identitywithrat,therefore,crossreactivityisexpected.
