Protein description | Actin from non-muscle sources is a mixture of β/γnon-muscle actin isoforms, Both are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids.ATTO550-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO550 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.ATTO550-Actin (λex550nm, λem576nm)possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
