Description | Polyclonal anti CapZ is directed against whole native CapZ protein from chicken skeletal muscle and reacts with muscle and non-muscle CapZ of avian and mammalian tissues. In immunoblots anti-CapZ reacts specifically withαandβCapZ subunits on SDS myofibril samples, but detects theβ-SU stronger. Immunofluorescence detection on chicken myofibrils shows a specific Z-band staining, identical withα-actinin in epifluorescence microscopy. |
