Protein description | Actin from non-muscle sources is a mixture of β/γnon-muscle actin isoforms. Both are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids. Atto647-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an Atto647 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.Atto647-Actin(λex647nm,λem669nm)possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
Conjugation ratio | This product is supplied with a degree of labelling (DOL) ~0.3 and is thus ready.-to-use for TIRFM and other high- or super-resolution imaging techniques. |
