Anti-AKT3antibodyisdirectedagainsthumanAKT3.Theantibodydetectsbothunphosphorylatedandphosphorylatedformsoftheprotein.Anti-AKT3antibodywaspurifiedfromascitesbyProteinAchromatography.CrossreactivitywithAKT3fromotherspecieshasnotbeendetermined,however,thesequenceoftheimmunogenshows100%identitytohuman,mouse,andrat,therefore,crossreactivityisexpected.Cross-reactivitywithAKT2andAKThasnotbeendetermined.
